Intermittent client based on relocation 2007 ish. Was always quite pleased. Today was pretty bad. Desk person was helpful and pleasant . Then wasn’t greeted by the Dr. in any way, told to not not take my boots off, not a single question about any symptoms, spent maybe 90seconds on me. Mentioned he would put a message in my file about not wanting neck manipulation. No goodbye or any input to my status despite telling him it didn’t feel released. Just stared at his computer screen before the 90 sec session and after. I was pretty stunned. Huge waste of time and money.

I’ve been to the joint intermittently for years ( as well as other private practitioners). I had perhaps the WORST chiropractic experience today. After explaining the excruciating pain I was in today I received zero empathy and almost no evaluation. I was told that I’m the “type of patient that chiropractors secretly hate” because I dont come in regularly. I was given a basic adjustment, told to “temper my expectations” and then he just left. No advice on what was causing the pain, how to manage or really anything. I know this is an inexpensive quick adjustment type of place, but this was beyond rude. I won’t be coming back again.

These guys are gifted. I experienced a traumatic injury when I flipped over the handle bars on my bike 20 years ago, and had not addressed the problem fully until recently. I have been visiting The Joint in Boulder for the past few months and have really benefited from the talent that these men have. I have been to other chiropractors in my life but have not reaped the benefits of their training the way I have with these guys. Thank you for your healing power, insight and suggestions for a steady return to a better life. Dr. Chad and Dr. Justin, just amazing!! You have provided so much relief.

Duplicitous billing with competent adjustments, if forceful. Was sold a new patient package only to find that they had my information from 2009. That’s prior to the statute of limitations on any billing issue related to today, much less new client promotions. After being promised several free visits by one of the chiropractors, I was adjusted and then presented with a bill. Instead of offering to start my services on the first, they told me I couldn’t leave and that my account would be sent to collections. What a wonderful new patient experience this is.

We do not accept insurance. We are dedicated to making chiropractic adjustments accessible to everyone, and therefore we keep our prices lower than most co pays, eliminating the need to accept insurance.
