My vehicle was totaled and my insurance company had it towed to Copart Lansing. I called, I was told my belongings would be in the back of my vehicle. When I arrived much of my possessions were thrown in the back of my vehicle but many things were MISSING. When I went to the desk COPART didn't know anything about that????? Also they had an envelope with some of my important documents in an envelope behind the desk. Had I not realized. I would have driven an hour home before I realized it. DO NOT DISPOSE OF PEOPLES PROPERTY WITHOUT OPPORTUNITY FOR THEM TO RETRIEVE FIRST.
