It says it's open at 1030 am but the cashier just informed me that she has no food ready until 11:00 am. What kind of business dont respect their own hours. Poor service

Well the prices are $$ my favorite is at $ 9.10 It's called Bigger Plate includes 1 side of rice or chow main and 3 complements. The drinks are separate. In other words, usually a person eats for $ 10 to $ 15 dollars. Spanish depends on the employees who are in turn, sometimes they speak it and sometimes they do not.
