Wait times are extremely extensive. No privacy what so ever I could here the person beside me tell why there were here and it was super awkward. They have you give urine samples in the waiting room bathroom Wich I thought was weird.

The overnight crew is 3 incompetent ladies sitting at a desk goofing off. I waited over 2 hours just to leave due to not even being registered. I work in healthcare and it’s disappointing and disgusting to see someone think they can be lazy and not apart of your care because they sit at a desk. As well as being harassed by a man who seems mentally unstable and needed help because they haven’t been trained on how to handle the situation

This is by far the worst hospital ever I sat and waited for 6 hours and still have not been seen these people don’t care about your health they don’t know what they are doing I wish I could leave 0 stars I would this is absolutely inconsiderate this would not be the place to go if in life or death emergency!!!!

Getting ready for expansion
The lack of concern by the physicians or should i say nonchalant attitudes is what gets me. I waited in the waiting area of 3 he's only to be called in the back and treated for all of 10 minutes and sent on my way not even a Tylenol for my pain. I understand it's a Level 2 trama center but the care should stop be top but it isn't.
