The vehicle was repaired for 2k. The particulars are as followed: Was told the vehicle would take at least 7 hours to repair (Water Pump, C Union, Seal Ring, a Screw and a Gasket) Total Amount in Parts $491....Labor $1,259. Absolutely no time given on Invoice for Labor.... but this I do know to be fact. The Vehicle was not put on a lift for repairs until 730am on 9/23/22....I received correspondence stating that fact. The second interesting factor is this ... the Vehicle had a Receipt left on the passenger seat from a fast food restaurant dated the same day 9/23/22 and the time was noted on receipt 12:16pm EST. That being said....I was notified at approximately 1:26 pm the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Even if the vehicle was fixed from 730am until Noon.... that's 4 1/2 hrs labor. That's over $300 hr labor. I had no clue it was protocol for dealerships to conveniently allow Techs to drive the vehicles they are repairing to fast food restaurants for lunch. Perhaps to see if the vehicle is repaired you take it for a drive....yes.... lunch, I would think not. Interesting policy and very odd billing Invoice with no hourly rate to actually view. Good thing the VW Rep was so forthright and transparent with everything going on with the vehicle through great communication.... times, dates, lift time, parts needed, etc.... of which I still have all the correspondence. Waiting to see who is going to call me to do damage control on this one. Over $300 an hour for labor and a Receipt from a Fast Food restaurant the day it was supposed to be on a lift being repaired at the dealership. Perhaps the restaurant will show me the video of my car going through the drive thru at 12:16pm on 9/23/22 ?

The staff was very helpful and easy to work with. I inquired about the vehicle via internet and their response was very swift and informative. Sebastian, the sales rep, took pictures and made a video of the vehicle since the new inventory did not have pictures yet. He also held the vehicle for the day so that we could make the deal. The sticker price of the vehicle was $3000 less than any other dealer in the country. I was able to make the purchase and sign all documents electronically from Louisiana. We flew in Saturday morning and were picked up from the airport by the sales rep so that we could sign the rest of the documents and complete the purchase. Orlando Volkswagen South was very pleasant to work with.

There are many fake customers here with five stars. When we search on the web for real reviews we found three stars and two stars in many complaints.
