Very clean and professional. Seems a little short handed as far as staff is concerned. I had a 8:45 appointment. My vehicle actually went up on the lift approximately one hour later. I was definitely there longer than I thought I would be.

I live in Ormond but purchased my suburban there. I called and spoke with Alex, who was very kind, and made an appt to bring my car to get looked at. Came out the next day and the guy who works on sunroof leaks apparently quit that morning and the other guy who was to look at scratch/ dent issue wasn’t there either. So Alex, again who was very kind, called the person who could look at the scratches on my car and asked when he would be in. I then made an appt to bring it back the next day so he could look at it. Came back from Ormond the next morning at 8 a.m and left my car there all day and nothing was resolved. Just said I needed to take it to a body shop. So I have spent $3k on warranty plans and have driven there twice now and still have a leak in my sunroof and scratches on the side of my suburban. So no, not ready to recommend anyone to come there.
