I requested a container on a Wednesday for the following Monday. I was told all was well and ready to go. On Monday I received an email stating my container was on the way. Monday afternoon I was informed they do not have one for me, and it would be Tuesday. Tuesday comes and goes no container and no communication unless I reached out asking where the container was. I finally receive my container Wednesday around 4:00pm. This was by far the worst service I have had with Republic.

Unfortunately Google has a minimum of 1 star, so I am forced to give 1 instead of zero. Their customer service is terrible; agents are flat out rude and employ gaslighting techniques instead of resolving issues.

Have repeatedly called to get a missed yard debris pile removed that was missed 5/26. Was told be gone next day Friday didn't happen. Have asked for supervisor to call don't happen. Resident's grass will be dead as long as pile has sat in this heat and absolutely no one at Republic cares. Customer Service is very nice but can only send message into the "black hole" called operations who doesn't respond. Crazy wrong to treat customers this way and it's not the workers it's the mgmt that needs to be fixed. 196 Johns Glen Drive 32259 pile still sitting !
