I’ve been dealing with many of the folks in this office for a 30 plus years. They are knowledgeable and helpful. Never had an issue at all. Some of the negative complaints are simply due to the fact that many folks seem to think the rules (laws) should be “adjusted” for them and their needs.

First experience going in the lady that helps with the licenses is a very pleasant lady to work with . But if you call for any reason make sure you don’t get JUDY ! She will judge you for calling for information due to your license. Question you if your county isn’t Madison even if it’s the closest city to you and you need a quick answer from the dmv and hang up in your face with no remorse . This lady is honestly rude for no reason and happily gave me the worst customer service in my life for a minimal issue that took nothing less than 1 minute of her time . If you don’t know how to work with customers on a professional level please find another job .
