RS came out after we waited a few weeks and measured and templated on site. We arranged for Saturday removal and install so as not to interrupt office and client flow. All was setup, confirmed and we waited 4 weeks. Day of removal and install the 2 men showed up and removed, then said they did not have enough people to install, marble was too heavy and since it was a Saturday and they were closing they would have to find more workers and contact us and come back. Mind you our counters during this time we're removed. A few days later they called and came at night, wasting more of our time - previous Saturday and now a weeknight because they didn't plan. From the measure to template to stone cut to workers staff loading stone on trucks, of course they knew they needed more crew. Total waste of time and price was comparable with all other naples shoppers even though their advertising claims free thisbans free that.
