BEWARE!! The photos of this property make it appear to be a "decent" hotel. It is anything but!! Within 10 minutes of checking in I checked out! The upgraded room I reserved was not the same room depicted in the photos. Just getting off the elevator onto the third floor made you feel like you were in some sleazy hotel you would see in a movie. The room was extremely hot and although the AC was running, it was either not working properly or did not have the capacity to cool the room. The TV was tilted to the side and appeared to be ready to fall off the wall. When I sat on the bed I sank into it 4-6 inches. While I did not do a full inspection of the room I saw enough to know it was not a place I was willing to spend the night in. The entire property appears old, run down and extremely outdated and in dire need of maintenance, repair, renovation and upgrades. After reading some of the other reviews (after the fact - that's on me) I would agree that safety in and around this property is questionable as well as a concern. To the owner of this property - no need to respond. I am sure the property I am describing is your property.

Wrong room was reserved for us eventhough it was made on the phone with the front desk. They said it's a common occurrence. The correct room was sold out so my son slept on a cot. The first room bathroom would not stop flushing and the door hinge was broken and would only close when slammed. They put us in the room next to it but was only slightly better. The front desk girl had no idea if they offered breakfast in the morning. No they did not... attached photos are from our stay.

The people were friendly but the hotel is undergoing a remodel and some of the rooms that have been remodeled were cheaply done and reused the beds. The bed we had was not comfortable, I think I would have had a better night sleep on rocks than the beds. The room we had was pretty small for the price we paid too. I've been in other red roofs and had better rooms than this one

Fun swimming pool BUT…. your room is connected to the swimming pool area with continuous screaming flooding your room. Being so close to the pool makes it very humid your room, and the AC is extremely loud shutting off and on intermittently, poor temp regulation making for a hot then cold then hot again experience. The refrigerator is larger than usual and we did have our own microwave which was nice. We paid for the “upgraded” room which was only differentiated by a couple free cheap granola bars, a bottle of water, trail mix packet, and a small orange juice. The beds are full sized not Queens and very hard and uncomfortable. The pillows suck, poor quality. The tv is crooked. They supplied us 2 towels for the 4 of us and didn’t have anymore to give us. There were no towels supplied at the pool either. If you decide to bunk here for the night, don’t let your kids go to the lobby by themselves as we found there were pole dancers strolling around carrying poles and dressed in full garb, not appropriate! Other than that they have a security guard on staff and the front desk people were friendly. Breakfast was average. Overall, an uncomfortable but doable stay.
