They don’t do anything when you call maintenance and they said it would be better then the projects but there are roaches spiders and scorpions and the kitchens are VERY small the projects didn’t have animals and in the projects the kitchen was like a house it was so big

RUN RUN RUN... The apartments are nice and affordable. There are a couple little things in the apartment that doesn't work but that's okay if you can fix it yourself. They take awhile to come and fix things and that's if they come because sometimes you can put in a work order and she will tell you they will come and GUESS WHAT you will be waiting an eternity and she( who is ERICKA that works in the office) will beat you mad or have something slick to say. The monthly news letters are ghetto and tacky if you don't believe me ask for one when you go to do your application LOL. Inspections are done monthly but when they come be aware that they won't take their shoes off in your apartment. Snakes live out here as well so be careful. The lady who works in the office is ghetto she reminds me of one of those old women who sits on her front porch watching and paying attention to everyone house except hers.She sits in the office and gossips about her tenants with different tenants so everyone knows everyone business. She's very shady and i would highly recommend that you RUN RUN RUN and remember you get what you pay for
