I lived here for a year from June of 2021 until June of 2022. I loved living here. The neighbors were beyond sweet and it was a quiet area where kids would play outside when it was nice. During that time, the primary property manager, Sasha, was amazing. She was always very on top of her emails, answering the phone, and would explain any questions you had. She was very personable and present in the community. She left about two weeks before I moved out and was replaced by a woman named Julie. Julie was often not in the office during office hours to assist in the move out process, never answered the phone when I called to ask where my deposit check was, never answered my emails, and wasn’t communicative. It was great while Sasha was there. But now not so much.

My brother was approved for apt...and was scheduled to move in next month...and they told him to call the 2nd week in July but when he did call at 1st they did not answer for a whole week....so on Friday when when up there and no one was in the office come to find out the r under new management....so we had called to let them what was going on and still no answer up to this day....but they have his security deposit and had it for 3 months....so don't give them ur money because they take it and u don't hear from them

Recent tenant of two years. Had no issues with my unit, however new management does not respond to messages and gives incorrect information since Ms Sasha is no longer there. I have tried calling multiple times with no return call. Has been theee months since I’ve moved out and have not received my security deposit I was told was “On the way.” Update: want to say thank you to “Jules” I believe. First person to answer my call and had my situation rectified.
