The drive thru atm machine is awkward. First you put your card in horizontal instead of vertical like most places. Its impossible to reach it from your window. Many customers have to open the door. Been with this bank for 8 years plus ever since it was first Niagara before key bank took over and Sally has always looks down on customers and is very rude I shouldn’t feel judged going to my bank!!
