Our bathroom was flooded, and we had a serious mold problem that spread throughout the rest of the house. When it got to the point that we could not breathe and our health was deteriorating, we decided to look for help. SERVPRO of East Naples helped us with both issues. We had condensation dripping from an air conditioning return and initially called our HVAC company. They came out and after inspection suggested that the vent wasn’t open far enough causing the condensation. The condensation worsened and I began to see mildew spreading across the ceiling. I called Serve Pro and they came out 45 minutes later to do an initial inspection. After making their way through a very difficult attic space to locate the vent, they discovered damp insulation and a tear in the duct work. While in the attic, they replaced a light bulb and removed all of the damp insulation (during the inspection, no payment or agreement) and moved excess insulation back in this location. After completing the quote, they came back out with the appointment equipment, repaired the duct, removed some additional wet insulation, cleaned the ceiling and left an air filtration system. While cleaning the 25 foot ceilings, they also replaced some light bulbs and the return air filter. The ceiling looks great and no more condensation! I would highly recommend this company as they are highly responsive, professional, through and very service focused! Thank you Serve Pro for your fantastic crew and great work!
