Just adopted a sweet senior cat from here. People are very kind and friendly. Lots of kitties available. All ages, shapes, colors and sizes. MEOW

Do not take your pet's here. All they do is kill them. They killed my perfect healthy dog after we rehomed him and tge new owner's lied after they found out he was half pitbull. I'm heartbroken and have reported them. This place needs to be shut down

Great staff very helpful and friendly

This place was very nice at my first visit but i tried to adopt a dog 3 times and each time i would never receive a call back. That shows me that they seem to not care as much as they say they do.

I'm not exactly sure. Call them tomorrow and they will tell you
Yes they do, its $10
They accept donations of food , thank you. So sorry for your loss. B.I.P
Chesapeake city spca is open you go there they wont answer phone
All adoption fees were waived as of a few weeks ago. I believe it is still going on. There are lots of cats and kittens needing homes there. I hope she finds a new fur baby there.
They do! Used is fine Drop off behind the shelter
Please call the shelter. They would be able to answer your questions.
You'll have to call them.
Never mind, called and found out they don’t and absolutely will not. They won’t even allow you to surrender them if they are very sick or absolutely on their last leg. Sad... even if you offered a fee or even made donations. They do not care, they will offer expensive place to put her down for $400. Good luck to anyone else in this position. Prayers to anyone who goes through this especially during this pandemic.
You would have to call and ask or go to website and look for available dogs for adoption
They are no kill unless its medically necessary..ie:severe injuries
Call them
Best to call the office
Not sure, I would call to ask.
I really don't know. Most places do, they probably would.
If the cat is found and brought to any vet or shelter, they'll scan for a chip and contact you.
You will have to view their website or facebook for a list of adoptable animals
Their facebook page is helpful: https://www.facebook.com/cecilcoanimalservices/
They are still open. The only day they are closed is Monday
Sorry to hear. My suggestions is to maybe make phone calls to vets and if not free or cheap as them if they know of any places. Also know there are mobile vets they will go to her. Each call gets you closer (hopefully) to finding.. 😍☺. Good luck!!
My family volunteer at the center. Just call them and they can answer questions about thier needs. And how you can get registered to volunteer. Very friendly staff, wonderful place.
https://www.amazon.com/registry/wishlist/2VOTNU0BWGI3K/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_awwl_s_ROIiCb89BVN8X I believe you buy the stuff on their wishlist and it ships directly to them.
It not free to adopt but cecil county animal services in Chesapeake city is the best place to go and get a puppy. They make sure all animals get all shots and make sure they're also tired. Go check them out. I promise u won't be disappointed
Yes its okay for them to be calling out or "crying" ..if its just one she might be adjusting to being alone rather than a heard of goats or it can sometimes mean they are in new surroundings, have not yet adjusted or established a routine, or they... Are just being goats. Unfortunately goats are noisy by nature... That is why its important that the owner is ready for goats and perhaps ready for angry neighbors if they didnt let them know ahead of time they were getting goats lol if anyone knows anything about a goat, they know they EAT EVERY AND ANY THING and are always hungry.... Of course if you are still concerned or would like to put your mind at ease you can do a quick drive by to assure they are not stuck in the fence anywhere or anything like that.
Yes they do!!
I'm so for your loss! Find a no kill shelter or a Pitbull rescue. You can search in Facebook or even on Google. Send them an email. They often will pay for transport and you can be sure that it will go to someone who is experienced with the breed. I'm so sorry you are going through that! Hope everything works out well.
I dont think so.
There is a program for low income families for free spay/neuters. It's called the "Pawl Project".
Mufasa has been adopted...
They do spaying there as far as price best thing to do is call and ask. Before thst do the procedure you have to have proof of the shots
Per their website it's $40. But they have specials also. I would call. They have many cats and kittens
