I went today to get a sandwich. Allison who is a very sweet young lady & Randy who is a nice young man, helped me out. They were AWESOME. Food has been GREAT LATELY. And these two employees deserve a raise. Very kind, efficient. A blessing for sure.

My boyfriend and I come to this subway almost weekly. Never even seen this young woman before. Called back to speak to them on the phone about how they messed up our order. She answered the phone giving me attitude, immediately. She was extremely slow paced even with a line almost halfway to the door (which I’ve never seen in this subway before, props to the cool manager and his workers who are competent and work with a pep in their step) On a brighter note, the gentleman who started our sandwiches was awesome, always is. We enjoy coming to this location just on good attitudes alone, idk who hired this new gal, but I think that she needs to be coached just based on attitude alone, and on basic customer service, because she ain’t doing well. Also, when asking for napkins by the end of our visit, we were handed two whole napkins. Not really happy, to be honest. We’d appreciate being contacted about this afternoon and how it can be handled. Thank you! I have attached our receipt.

Amazing Subway! My family has never had any issues with this Subway, and they have heat customer service and quality. The first time they messed up, I had requested dressing on the side for 2 subs, but they both had sauce on them. So, when I called, they said they would remake them, no trouble. I said I only needed 1 of them because I would go ahead and eat one of them with dressing, but they remade both of them anyway. Great customer service!

We ordered the chicken at 8:30 p.m. none of the food was covered should have known better me and my pregnant daughter both got food poisoning it was brought to their attention they told me there was nothing they could do into the lab cultures came back with proof and I looked her in the face and I said I don't want anything I just want you to be aware of the problem I'm reporting this to you in the very first thing you have to do is cover up your food as I walked over to the sandwich station none of the food was covered at the very moment in this was right after lunch about to p.m. there was no customers there's no reason for all those lids to still be off.
