Very confused why the people at coach allow their bus drivers to stay idling in the parking lot for for 5 hours why do you let your drivers waste your gas

Although I use the Greyhound to visit my dad on the weekends.the service is unreliable and the security guards and staff can be a bit nasty on occasion.

Nothing for regular public use. As far as taxis and local shuttle buses go. But there is always the Lyft and Uber option.
