They pipe weird music into the play area. Not kid unfriendly exactly. Just kinda odd classical music selection.

Based on my first experience I would’ve given it five stars. The place is so cute and well thought out and my daughter really enjoyed the selection of toys. We had the place practically to ourselves and she had a blast. However the second time was not so good. It was PACKED and half the patrons were coughing. There was a toddler who kept coming up to my baby and his face was completely full of dripping green snot. Now I understand that a facility cannot control the actions of a small child, but they can have a screening procedure that keeps obviously sick kids out of the play area. It seems like common sense that if kids are all going to be touching the same items (and the sick kid was licking everything he touched as well), sick kids should be kept out to avoid widespread illness. Sure enough a few days later both my kids are super sick. We paid to go get infected basically. Won’t be back.

If business owner could update the accurate hours of operation for the business. On their website Google as well. Seems that closing hour should be adjust to 3:00pm NOT 3:30pm.

Hi Namrata - thanks for your question. The gallery is an open space and we have many imaginative play homes, a pretend boat/dock area, a train set table, and more areas throughout. We do not have separately marked spaces for different age groups, but the general age range of kids playing are 1-6 and its very open so you can see your kids from any place in the gallery. Kids Play Gallery has a pretend fishing dock and boat with play fishing rods and fish for toddlers to catch. The imaginative play is very engaging to the toddlers. Thanks!
