I ordered in the afternoon a med nugget platter for pick up at 6-615. Prepaid so I could just run in and pick it up. Got there at 630. No order. Had to wait for them to make it. Why did I have to preorder and pay. Could have just went threw the drive thru. Had to wait almost 20 min to get the order. That was supposed to be ready 15 min before I got there. Entire soccer team waiting for us. Will think twice next time.

Because people try and call their order in before they get there or to check how busy the store is so people that have a real reason to call or are not too good to wait in lines like everyone else cannot get through.
Same as others masks and gloves but always excellent service
