All the ladies that work here are some of the most sweetest human beings ive ever met. They always go above and beyond to help me. Ive never had a single issue with the staff and ive been coming here for the past 6 years! They can be a little hard to get ahold of by phone. Going in person is a lot easier and faster. Theres never a wait either. Definitely apply IN PERSON! Your application isnt always guaranteed if you do it online. Its a lot easier to give the ladies all your papetwork then online anyway. They process your paperwork very fast also All of the staff truly care to help people

I moved here from Delaware. Delaware gives funds to Delmarva Power in the summer to help with your ac costs. I don't know if Maryland does anything like that. You can go online and look at your acct. myohepstatus.org
Yes just take all paperwork in stating that you will be out of work and they will walk you thru and help you with this

Yes. However it can take up to 45 days to process so if you have a disconnect notice and your need is immediate you can always apply online and then walk into the office to complete it
