Stopped in today and was greeted nicely at the box. She took our order no issue. Got to the window and scanned my app bar code. Then handed me one drink and proceeded to hand me another. Only headache I had was the first drink (of 2) was so packed with smoothie it spilled out in the car and all over the place (my dog was blessed with island punch flavor) but no harm no foul. Just make sure next time to have plenty of napkins on hand and that the lid is on tightly. Overall 4 out of 5 isn't bad in my book. Also just looking at the reviews on this location and I can appreciate how a franchise owner is going out the way to make it up to folks. In my book that is fantastic. So keep it up and thank you!

Not sure what's going on with this location. The last two times I have been here my smoothies have not been made correctly, both made within a few days apart..The first time is was extremely liquidity like water...was terrible.. The 2nd time it was way too icy! Couldn't go through the straw!. I think the employees maybe need to be better trained on how to make these smoothies. Disappointed to say the least..I always went to smoothie King because it was always my favorite but not here recently...And they are more expensive out of the smoothie places...Please train better...edit: So I just visited this location again.I placed an online order...I got to the window and tried to use one of my healthy reward points and was told I couldn't because I placed it online! Doesn't make sense because I used one last time I visited!

Tried grabbing a smoothie at this location on my way to work and it was a complete waste of time. Store is supposed to open at 6:30 am. Arrived shortly after 6:30 and nobody answered at the drive through. Tried going inside but the door was locked. The employee inside opened the door and stated she thought they opened at 8 and could not make anything at that moment. What kind of service is that?
