I recently purchased a Golden Touch Brisa recliner as a surprise birthday gift for my husband. He loves it! There was a slight issue with the foot rest this week. David tried to resolve the problem via the telephone; however, the footrest would still not retract completely. The next morning David was at our home before he went to the store. He fixed the mechanism in less than two minutes. He stayed with us until he was sure that both of us learned how to use the remote in case the problem happens again. His knowledge and patience were outstanding!!
