For 2 months now I have been trying to get a new Cpap machine. My doctor sent a prescription by fax they said they didn't get it so he sent it by email they said they got it and was going to order my new machine and get approval from my insurance. I have called on 3 different occasions left voicemails with no return calls there seems to be no one there that can help me with my problem. There is nothing in my folder that says they have even ordered the machine. Very poor customer service if you ask me.

We have a Golden Technology lift chair. Yesterday, we were unable to get the chair to move with my Mother trapped in the chair. The power was shown to be working in the control, but no movement! I was worried. I called Craigs to speak to Nikki. Nikki was wonderful! She called the company while looking for a new control in the store. One was found, immediately delivered, changed out, and it worked! It was such a relief to know that we could get something taken care of so quickly. Thank you, Nikki!
