Justin & Dylan delivered my dresser yesterday. They were both very pleasant and also informative about any extra hardware that was delivered. They made sure I knew about the extra "leg" under the dresser for stabilizing should I ever move it. They took care to not scratch my floors etc. It was a great experience. Thanks Justin & Dylan!

Today (Monday)we got our chair delivered that we've purchased(Friday). It was great that they had it in stock and it was delivered so quickly. Our delivery personnel were Justin and Dylan. They were really helpful, nice and professional. They were very knowledgeable about their job and the furniture they were delivering. They definitely showed a lot of care for our delivery even with it being one of their last stops. You would never have known it was the end of their day! Good experience overall from in store to home delivery.

I’ve bought furniture here for years but not again. My most recent purchase was a living room set, Southern Motion brand. It came with a 5 year warranty on the motors, it’s electric powered. 2 years later one of the headrest stop working. …

I’ve bought furniture here for years but not again. My most recent purchase was a living room set, Southern Motion brand. It came with a 5 year warranty on the motors, it’s electric powered. 2 years later one of the headrest stop working. I called the store, they gave me a number of this repair guy, Steve and they said he would service it and if it was the motor it would be covered. I’ve called and texted this guy but he never answers or gets back after multiple times. Call back the store’s service department, which they don’t answer or return calls. So a warranty through this place is meaningless. Don’t put yourself through their tactics, shop elsewhere
