Worst customer service i have ever had. Dont even bother calling. You will NEVER get through. And dont bother getting glasses from them unless you want to wait 1-2 months without your glasses. Better off taking your prescription elsewhere. Worst experience with an eye doctors ive ever had.

Friendly staff. I felt like the Doctor really listened to my concerns about my prescription and contact fittings. She made adjustments that have worked out great for me. The office has taken necessary precautions towards COVID-19 to maintain a safe office. I feel like I can safely go here.We so appreciate this feedback! Thank you, Jessica!

My experience was fantastic - I had an exceptional eye exam with Dr. Broderick and the outstanding staff. Everyone is friendly and outgoing. It was a bit awkward at first with having to wait for my exam outside due to COVID but I felt safe …

A very broken practice. I was referred to Dr Broderick by my GP when I asked for a smart reputable eye doctor in the area. Dr Broderick is indeed wonderful, but she is swamped in a system of bloat and incompetence in the office staff. Over $425 for an annual eye exam, which took two visits instead of one because they wouldn't dilate my pupils in my first visit. Like another reviewer experienced, I wasn't able to have my eyes dilated in the same visit (which has never been a problem ever before in the past with any of the 4 eye doctors I've seen in my adult life), and that second office visit was a large part of the additional $150 on the bill, because I had a second "exam" on that second date. Further, a young unprofessional medical receptionist was rude to me when I came in 2 weeks later to get the dilation, suggesting that my account was unpaid, with such accusation in her voice that I was looking for additional medical services when I hadn't paid for the first one. I told her, no, that first appointment was only a couple of weeks ago and I hadn't seen the bill yet, and of course I would be paying. She highlighted the balance due on her paper and said again that patients are expected to pay when they have medical care. And another character in the office - the salesman 'optician' they have who would not stop trying to push transition lenses on me, the "new transition lenses" when I told him again and again that I was not interested at all in transition lenses. His hard sell technique was over the top. After many back and forths and me giving him some chance to tell me about the new transition lens technology (although he didnt have a sample of a lens to demonstrate to me!) I told him thanks for your time, but as I suspect, I am really not interested in transition lenses they are not for me. He wrote out the cost of my new lenses (in my existing frames that I am happy with) at around $900 and said with the special "one time limited deal" with transition lenses, I could end up with two brand new frames, one pair transition lenses and the other pair could be regular clear or sunglass, and it came to something like $1300, and I was making a bad decision if I went with just the lenses. That person has a future at a used car lot or selling knives door to door. I cant believe I was so chased and bullied in a healthcare office setting. There must be 20 employees who work for the practice judging from the completely full parking lot that doesn't leave more than one or two spaces for patients who come for their visit. Only the eye doctor and her optometry assistant are direct patient caregivers. They are both excellent. A woman in billing is excellent. A woman at checkout is excellent. Besides that, this place needs a big shakeup. I feel sorry for the poor doctor, who worked so hard for her medical studies and seems to be a standup, smart, professional caregiver. She is surrounded by a horrible mess of overhead and incompetence. If you can afford almost $2 grand for your annual eye exam and pair of glasses and dont mind being harassed in the process, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, I really hope to warn people away from this place until they can have a really strong rework of their issues.
