I came to this place because of the prior reviews and also not being able to find another business who wasn't busy. I just needed my uniform pants altered as they were too long. I was treated very well and for 15 dollars, the finished result is more than I could ask for. Thanks for the speedy service and thanks again. I will definitely come here again if I need anything altered.

Called in advance and told Emily I was stopping by for alteration assistance. When I arrive and told her what I needed done, she said I wish you had an appointment because she was really busy with other things. Told her that was fine, I would find someone who wanted my business.Hi Ron, all you had said was that you needed me to sign a paper saying I couldn’t fix a shirt so you could return something somewhere else. Then you came in and asked me to measure you and fit you for something which is something I would require a separate appointment for. If I wasn’t busy I would have seen you but in that moment I did not have time due to other obligations. You were unclear with what you needed on the phone and I do not believe this review was fair. I hope you can find someone else to assist you, it won’t be me. It’s unfortunate you find reviewing people like this acceptable.
