Clean room had been updated. Comfortable bed, clean linens. Bathroom clean. TV was Roku. Walls are thin, our neighbor had the TV on all night. And someone was smoking nearby Front desk quoted me one price but I paid $13 more. Taxes? That seems too high. My receipt did not itemize. Breakfast was sad. Very limited. So, it was a one night stay for us.

Words are poor to describe my excellent experience at Super 8. Their hospitality, accommodating nature and comfort were all provided richly in a luxurious environment with. I stayed at this motel for a week and my experience was great. Highly recommended.

This hotel is nothing like any other Wyndham I've ever stayed at. Kids running the halls at 7am. People slamming doors at 3am. The bathroom wall had what looked like old coffee on it. Towels I wouldn't clean my stove with. They were so old too. The side doors are broken and don't lock. Definitely not worth the price with the pet fee. Better off staying in Wichita. I wouldn't ever stay here again.

I never said the room had cockroaches in it. I said it had bed bugs in the room. An yes, I know what bed bugs are. Im a housekeeper an I'm aware of what they look like an what bed bug bites look like on your skin. Sorry but I will NOT be staying at your hotel again in the future. Fix the bed bug issue so other guests aren't having the same experience I did. I've also reported you to the BBB.
