First experience at this salon. Stylist Erica was wonderful. Will book again. UPDATE ... Schedule got messed up and Felix Andrew did not miss a beat and squeezed me in. Top notch service w a smile. UPDATE 08.17.22 All still great. Erica is awesome

Used to be great. They shouldn’t be able to use the Felix Andrews name. Nothing to do with the stylists. It’s the squeeze every penny new ownership that is the problem. Not being able to tip my stylist is insulting to your fantastic employees. I don’t carry cash. They refuse to pay the processing fee so their stylist can get tipped on a credit card. Worried about the 2-3% on the tip to their staff. Crazy. Felix and family were fantastic. Customer centric. Miss them. Miss the customer experience. I wish my stylist would quit and go somewhere else so i didn’t have to go there anymore.

Not a good place for a men's haircut. The stylist tried very hard, but admitted she really had no idea what she's was doing about half way through. Not a good experience.
