Very disappointing… I have been to this clinic a few times as I have twin girls, which means same last name and same birthdate. Trying to schedule online for back to back appointments is difficult and or impossible. As soon as I schedule one the times change when I get back in to schedule the other child s appointment. Last time we were there about a month ago the ladies working stated they could move appointments as long as they were in the computer in order to accommodate both girls. That only have mild symptoms more then likely an ear infection. After a cold. However today I was told for one appointment at 1240 and would need to return at 240 for the second… obviously with two sick toddlers that’s nearly impossible. I mentioned it would take less then 5 minutes to exam them , the provider stated she couldn’t just look in their ears and would need to do a complete evaluation I stated I understand however the insurance information would take longer to complete then to check both girls weights, temps, listen to their hearts and lungs and look in their ears and throat… she argued with me about her lunch break and being completely booked. When we arrived there was a gentleman waiting and stated he had an appointment at 1130 the provider stated that he wasn’t t present at 1130 he said something about traffic and she took him back with whatever his request was. We arrived at 1230 for a an appointment for 1240 and then I was told at 1pm she would not see both of my girls as her schedule wouldn’t allow… so I suggest find somewhere else. And to the minute clinic you should definitely work on getting her some assistance as well as counsel about customer service as we will not return to this provider.

I drove 30 minutes to get my physical required by my nursing school. They didn’t see me or help me because my form said the word “mental” in one of the lines. No customer service or good patient care either. If you have a physical examination form for your school don’t waste your time here. My form didn’t say psychological or physiatrist evaluation, so it was just the intention of not help me as it was too much work. I was able to get it done by my local urgent care.

My name is Johanna Fennell. I had to visit the Minute Clinic at Duval Station road today,, because my cat bit me quite bad on my ankle. The Nurse Practitioner was very knowledgeable. Thank you all for taking care of me

The store part was great while I was shopping. But at the Minute Clinic the Nurse/LPN was very rude. She doesn’t seem to like her job or something. Rude to everyone, not just me. Very disappointing. The Care Coordinator Cami was very friendly and definitely cares about the patients. I give them 5 Stars!

1. If you think that you have been exposed how long should you wait to be tested if you show no symptoms? 2. If results are positive how many times should you test negative before being considered clear? Thank you

Whether you "think" you've been exposed or not, you should go get tested. I know people who both were positive and sick and positive with no symptoms who got tested multiple times from multiple testing sites before they considered themselves officially clear. I've tested negative four times from different testing sites and plan to go weekly until this thing blows over. GET TESTED! GET TESTED! GET TESTED! Go TODAY!!
