Park Avenue, Paterson NJ Who is TMI & Partners? I never left this review for TMI; I gave this review to T&T Express Shipping. 1 shipped 7 barrels to Trinidad with t&t express shipping. Barrels got to it destination in record time. Pick up crew were very pleasant. Office workers were very courteous and prices were very reasonable. All my items arrived in good condition. As long as t&t express shipping remains in business they are the only one I will use to do my shipping.

Wish there was a way to leave 0 stars .I shipped with this company several times, they are the WORST, I never tell the customer the truth. They speak to you nicely to get your good, when the lie collect it they will lie and tell you that your goods left NY when it’s sitting in their warehouse for weeks. I had an experience where they said they sent my good last to Miami and brought it back to NY , after initially telling me my goods were on the way to Trinidad, even giving an expected day of arrival. Another experience, they collected my good June 5th and to date July 30 the goods haven’t reached Trinidad as yet, and every worker you speak to tells you something different and when I tried to contact the owner she refused to answer my call, so I had my sister call and she answered saying he phone is giving trouble, this is after I tried calling her for a week and a half. Lie, Lie Lie. That’s all they do.

Have been shipping with this company for the past 20yrs service is getting so bad it is not funny, they would not even let u speak to A supervisor barrel has been shipped five weeks ago cannot even get any paperwork on it. Time to get a new shipping company
