We drove down from Catskill to take my mother here because of the commercials she kept seeing and the pain she had in her heel. We had the unfortunate experience of working with Aly. Aly told us she was not a doctor or anyone employed in the medical field only to turn right around and tell us that my mother "definitely has plantar fasciitis and only their insoles could cure her" Aly proceeded to draw on some footprints and bring out some insoles which my mom hated. Long story short we went to the my mother's primary doctor and they told us that someone in Alys position making a false medical claim and marking up some footprints to "diagnose" my mother with a medical condition that SHE DOESNT EVEN HAVE is highly illegal. Watch out for these snake oil salesman

Writing this for my grandmother because she does not have her own Google account. My grandmother was having back pain and leg pain which was making it so she had a hard time balancing. We came in and worked with Austin and my grandma was already walking better when she left the store. It was a little more expensive than my grandma had thought it would be (she spent around $1600 but if it keeps her walking and helps her pain it's obviously worth it. Also the salesman was friendly and worked with us and the products are lifetime warrantied so now anyone going knows the price and maybe won't be as shocked as we were. But thanks again to Austin.

They do. Set up an appointment to get fitted for their arch supports and I think you'd be surprised how much it can help! There is no cost to get fitted try them on, so it can't hurt to try!
No. They don't. The product is expensive but it has helped me.
If you visit the store, the staff will let you try our products in the store to see if you get relief. There is no cost for this service. Our arch supports help to align the feet which helps to better align you. Most people can tell a difference.
