This place doesn’t even deserve any star. This place has the worse service. Staffs are very rude especially person at the front desk. They think they are above the law. If you come early they don’t want to take you in even though place is completely empty. If you come 5 to 10 minutes late then they don’t want to take you. They need to treat people with respect & better, which they lacking completely.

You gotta go to your local field office so they can print out a copy of your biometrics receipt.however, it's gonna be only the receipt NO stamp on it. I'm pretty sure you wont need that receipt anymore.
