If someone has been living in the same apartment for 5 years, but you can't find their name in your rental system, then what does that say about check and balances in your complex? IJS ******************************************************************** had to give it a star to post this review, however it is bot even worth 1 star. My wife was discriminated against for being physically disabled in a wheelchair and on limited income. The office is extremely disorganized. Maintenance is okay when the office sends them out (which was extremely rare in our apartment). I had to perform 90% of the maintenance in my apartment (including replacing the garbage disposal and dishwasher which I had tovprovide). Waited 2 years to get a guest bathroom unclogged due to a tree root in the line. Avoid this place if you ask my opinion. Not worth the aggravation. We lived in unit 503 for 5 years, and this is always the general response we get. Again, they don't care about residents, just money and bonuses.

Too much. The management here is very poor and they treat tenants even worse
It's base on your credi criteria: credit, criminal & rental. The deposit amount will be higher, it could go up to 3 moth rent or you can get a co signer. To apply you need to make 2.75 the amount of the rent... We also have programs to help with the deposit... Hope this answer your questions...😊

DO NOT MOVE INTO DEERFIELD APARTMENTS!!!!! Deerfield apartments is the most disrespectful and horribly managed apartment complex I have ever had the displeasure of being forced to live in. December 23, my boyfriend was carjacked at gun point inside of the facilities. I called the apartment asking them to deactivate HIS gate key. I wanted to protect ourselves and fellow tenants because his key was in the vehicle when stolen. Nobody called me back. The following night on Christmas Eve, I was coming home late from work.... I tried to get through the gate and my key wouldn’t work. I called the apartment frantic, crying for my life, in duress, begging them to let me in. I was maybe 20 yds from where the car jacking occurred. Nobody ever called me back, and I couldn’t get into my apartment until another car in the complex drove through with their key and i piggy banked behind. When someone finally called me back, I was told that “it was not a maintenance issue” and given a code that woul

Yes, they do a credit check on past rental agreements. They go back for the past 7 years. However, they may work with you. Give the office a call. I'm just a current resident.
