I was very impressed with this hotel. Just 11 or so minutes from Leavenworth, and a fraction of the price of many of the inns and hotels there. I wasn't expecting much, but it was clean and comfortable, which is truly all that I ask from hotels. Especially for under $100, I was really surprised at this hotel. I love my life in fear of dirty hotel rooms, and this one was clean and felt safe! Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent service and facilities are great. The location is a few minutes away from Cashmere and the Bavarian village. Roomy accomodations and super clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

I was disappointed that after paying in full three days in advance, I was told upon arrival that their PC crashed and I had no reservations. I received a receipt by email so I believe they could have determined if they lost any reservations once they were back online, and made them good. He offered me an oversized room for my needs for one night - made it sound like he was "upgrading" me. I had to scramble for my second night somewhere nearby - he made no suggestions of where to try. I'm not from the area. This was late afternoon on a Friday. Stayed one night - seemed overpriced for what there was.

First, I would like to say that the customer service is great. Very friendly staff. The room was pretty clean aside from the floor being a little sticky. Price is decent. The issues that we had were misinformation on their website. Said it was 5 minutes away from downtown Leavenworth. So we assumed it was within walking distance, that's one of the things we were looking for. Not even close. It was actually 10 minute drive to downtown Leavenworth which really put a damper on our trip.
