Ms. Betty in alterations took excellent care of me at my first bridal fitting. She shared her expertise and answered all my questions. Once all my questions were answered, I felt comfortable and knowledgeable to make my own decision without pressure to do any unnecessary changes to my gown. Pricing was better than a popular local alterations shop. I was quoted $300 at the other shop for my hem alone. For $290 at David’s Bridal, they are doing a hem, three-point bustle, and adding cups. I highly recommend using Ms. Betty for your bridal alterations.

Unfortunately no, they will only let you exchange your purchase with some stipulations. They are listed on their website.
If they don't have your size in the store, they can get it. Some of us are plus size and they had what we needed in the store. I am well satisfied!!!

No, unfortunately alterations are unable to be done on dresses purchased somewhere other than David’s Bridal.
Call your store and give them the dress code. If they do not have it they can tell you which store does.
They have a wide variety of wedding dresses, prom dresses and some quinceanera dresses.
