Sherrill L was very rude. It took her 20 mins to even come back to our table. I wasn't able to eat my food bc by the time I got my mayo my food was cold. She had an attitude the whole time. She threw a card at one of the people I was with and was very rude. Been there several times Everytime I come to Jacksonville I come to sneakers and this is the first time I've had a bad experience. She does not need a serving job if she isn't good w people. Manager was very understanding and nice. Hopefully something is done about her

I would ✨ never ✨ come here again. Took over an hour and three reminders to get chicken tenders and fries. Multiple plates passed us by “is this yours?” I probably would’ve been better off saying yes to the kids meal corn dog. Honestly not looking for an apology, y’all should know how to run a business.
