Terrible don't waste your time here, making an appointment is as useless as walking in, conflicting information across the board.

Explain to why they make you make an appointment but they don't honor it?!? You're supposed to fill the demographics sheet out and turn it in to the lady at the window, which I tried to do. However, since she had a client she was helping she refused to take my sheet even, after she verified I had an appointment. She told me to have a seat so here I am waiting as they go through a mountain of paperwork. Again iask, what's the point of making an appointment?!?

just called to ask about my sons next appointment and the woman who schedules appointments literally just said "I couldn't tell you" then hung up in my face..
