My Mom had Surgery on her veins but we didn't know she couldn't be left alone and shouldn't walk upstairs. My sister called Medco BECAUSE we needed a medical bed for her ASAP! The young lady that answered the phone was very pleasant and they delivered the bed to my house within 2 hours of us calling! They were a Godsend! The Delivery and Pick-Up drivers were so nice, knowledgeable and thorough. Thank You Medco for your professionalism and prompt service. You guys Rock!

I HAD TO GIVE IT AT LEAST 1 STAR IN ORDER TO REVIEW. IF I COULD RATE ZERO STARS I WOULD!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! THEY CHARGE YOU AN ENTIRE MONTH FOR 1 DAY OVER THE DUE DATE! I COULD NOT RETURN MY SCOOTER ON THE DUE DATE BECAUSE IT WAS A HOLIDAY AND THEY WERE CLOSED DUHHH!! SO. I RETURNED IT THE VERY NEXT BUSINESS MORNING WAS CHARGED!! RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, I COULD GO ON AND ON. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY WHAT YOU NEED ON AMAZON OR WALMART AND AVOID THIS DUMP AT ALL COST!!
