Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. The office messaged me the day before the appointment the wrong time and when I called they told me it’s because they need to reschedule and the doctor won’t be there for the appointment. They did not accommodate, and never left a voicemail the entire week to reschedule. No care in the world regarding the inconvenience. Very unprofessional. At this point I don’t even want to do business with a company that starts a business relationship that way. I shoulda’ve paid attention to the reviews below, it seems this practice has a reputation for this. The company also has no compassion towards the negative reviews they receive, they just seem to try and justify their wrongdoing.

As of right now we are accepting patients with the Medicaid Dental Plans with MCNA Dental and Dentaquest. Soon we will be accepting patients with Liberty Dental.

They are very calm and great with kids. Staff is amazing. To answer your question you would have to call to get direct answer. But from what I experience it is great team and very patient with kids all ages.
We accept certain plans with Medicaid, please feel free to give the office a call at 239-491-6977 and we can let you know if we accept the plan that your children have. Thank you!
