I'm giving you 3 stars because you have very inconsistent hours. If you're only going to be open by chance, say so. The food is very good, but I am not a seasoned vegetarian.

I’m not a vegan or even vegetarian but I love this place !! My wife is a vegetarian and thinks Loving Vegan has the best food in the area. The vegan pad Thai is especially incredible. I can eat this every Saturday for the rest of my life. I like mine mildly hot. Vicky has hers hot. There are items that resemble shrimp and ham that are very tasty. We love it there. The only downside is the time it takes to get this marvelous food. Because of the pandemic usually it is just two people there.quality takes time. So either call ahead of time and order for pickup like we do or order ahead and eat there. You will love it. !!

The food tasted great, all four meals, except the Cheez Rangoon appetizer. The portions were small, except my daughter's Sesame Chikun. Somehow I was overcharged by about $5 based on the menu prices. I didn't notice until I got home. It might be ok depending on what you order and make sure to check the receipt before you sign.
