I’m giving this 5 star review only to the CNA who took care of my mother her Name is Michelle. This lady went above and beyond to provide care and comfort for my mother. Her compassion for what she does is nothing short of amazing. She was caring for my mother as if she was her own family. As I observed her caring for my mother I know it was from her heart and that it was not only because I was at the bedside. I also observed her caring for other patients. Michelle is a valid employee and Martin Coast should feel blessed to have her as a valid member of their team. Thank you Michelle you are an amazing lady may the Lord Bless you and your family continuously. Thank you for the Excellent care you gave my mother. You are truly a hero. ❤️

This facility is working hard to resolve issues that were not dealt with under the previous owners. The new administrator and nursing staff, and all the employees are doing a wonderful job to make this facility a wonderful home for their residents long term and short term. They also have a new rehab director and maintenance director so everyone of these changes are working for a positive outcome for staff and residents. Keep up the good work!

My mother is there for rehab, the food that they serviced to the residents is terrible , for breakfast they might get one bacon and a muffin. For lunch sometime they might get one slice of bread with slice of turkey with gravy and green peas. It’s a shame how they feed the residents there it should be reported to food service representative.

I had the pleasure of working in the facility doing private care of a patient. I have to give a amazing kudos to the assistant director of nursing Mrs. Williams, she was just amazing very efficient and caring for the patient I was there to take care of. She helped with the smooth transition of the patient and made sure he had everything he and the family needed. Also I had the pleasure of meeting a few of the CNA’s there and one LPN I forgot her name , but they made sure to make me feel welcomed and I had everything I needed for the patient’s care. Thank you to all of you and keep making a difference!
