Affordable nice 55 plus community close to shopping and beaches. Low HOA Fee.

It's the only 55 plus community not too far from Hutchinson Island where you can actually own a piece of the park meaning for a modest investment you own 120th share in the park which from a real estate investment aspect is a great deal another words it is a co-op with land great concept!

I don't know of any myself first hand Michael but if you call the office @ 772 334-2751they would know of any. They're open Mon. Wed. and Friday from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm.
