Yes! When companies and recruiters look for people for their company they can look on LinkedIn. If you have a cell phone pic, a cropped image from a wedding or anything else, a lot of people will skip over your profile. Having a professional headshot on LinkedIn will help you get noticed by people.
I will send out some tips and tricks for your headshot a few days before so you can be fully prepared. Some tips would be to get a good night sleep the night before and drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
