I couldn't order online through the app or website. When we called, we were put through to a call center instead of the store itself. We placed and order over the phone. When we got there at 10:25am, the cashier said they had no idea how we placed an order before their opening time (10:30am), when online it says they open at 10am. We asked if they could apply a coupon from something we got in the mail, and they said they had no idea how to adjust our order, but would figure it out. When we finally got home with our pizza and wings, we realized the wings were burnt and the pizza was undercooked. They forgot to apply the coupon. It was such a headache that we didn't even bother to try getting a refund.

The service was great at the new building and the pizza was hot and fresh, best we have had from them yet!!!

I enjoyed this Pizza Hut very much. The dining rooms were empty. The "boss" lady was exceptionally practical, nice, and helpful. The pizza was great. I hope to be there tomorrow before I leave Baraboo to the locals who are celebrating George Washington's birthday. Happy birthday mr. President!
