Room was very dirty. From walls to floor Loud noise beneath us all night long No coffee. No mini fridge Was charged 200 to stay there. Used dirty Towel hanging from our light above sink Door lock was loose No pool. Overall rundown and felt dirty Would have been excellent location to stay if it got a brand new makeover remodel No usb plug ins

The price for this room surely did not match the quality it was horrible I was forced to be there nothing else available around the area. The only thing in the room that appeared to be clean was the sheets The Towels were disgusting

First problem room key would not work and front desk kept telling me it was fine. No elevator had to go up and down stairs since key didn’t work to get them to come up and fix. Woke up 145am very hot air not working and a burning smell in room. Went to call front desk and phone not working. Found the hotel number and called with cell and was told to unplug and plug back in nothing else he could do. Unplugged it to find burned outlet and electrical plug charred black from an electrical fire. Left unplugged and opened window for air. Next morning awoke after horrible sleep at 8:44am by housekeeping banging on door to clean. Front desk manager was not concerned with any issues and said if I wanted a refund I should have left at 145 when I called them. I had a sleeping child and single mom I did not want to leave and pay double somewhere else and drive far to get a hotel. Front desk didn’t care and I would not stay here.

They said the pool was open then after paying said it was closed also nasty rooms and gross showers small potty and no new shampoo and conditioner. Beds were dirty. Beds smell nasty. There is water damage and rust everywhere. There is a hole in the screens on the mirrors.
