I had a good experience. Got called in right at my appointment time and my phlebotomist was extremely kind, efficient, and conscientious. The whole process was seamless. Will definitely schedule there again.

Go somewhere else if you value your time. Usually with an appointment it is quick in and out. Seems like there are to many appointments and not enough staff to handle alongside walkins.

If I could give zero Stars I would. First time I went there the guy jabbed me in the arm without ever sanitizeing my skin and he didn't wear gloves. I've tried to go in there two times since then and they do not accept walk-ins. You wake up early to get a walk in and you click on the I'm a walk-in on their stupid tablet (because they don't have any secretary) and when you click on I'm a walk-in it takes you to the appointment scheduling. What a waste of time. What terrible service.

Yes. You also need to schedule it online or through their automated phone system. They will not do it if you just walk in.
The results are dependent based on the test. Basic blood work comes back in less than 24 hours
