Ordered penne with garlic cream sauce, toasted ravioli, and tiramisu to go, and a coworker got lasagna. Overall excellent! We ended up waiting about 20 mins after our pick up time because they had just gotten slammed. Totally understandable! I will say unfortunately that I was missing my cheesy bread and she was missing her salad but even still, no complaints! The food was delicious, staff was excellent, and we will definitely be back!

We ordered for pick up at 5 pm at 5:10 the manager came out and apologized because they had to remake our order as they had made a mistake. They were extremely busy, all employees were working hard and were very kind. He asked if I wanted anything on the house while I wait, I declined but thanked him for the offer. About 10 minutes later he told me my order was about 2 minutes from being done and they had made fresh bread for us and included a gift certificate for our next visit. I told him that wasn't necessary I understand mistakes happen. He said they take their business very seriously. Best customer service I experienced in a long time. Remember restaurant employees are human mistakes will happen. I was not upset but very impressed they went above and beyond to make up for the wait!

Great place, great overall experience! We didn't know, but this is an "order at counter, pay at the counter, get a number and go to a table place" which was perfectly fine because they do a very good job of running it. We ordered a large order of fried ravioli and a large Meat Special pizza. Getting a table was easy and just a few minutes after getting our sodas we got called for our appetizer. The ravioli were home made and very good - no frozen stuff here. After consuming the appetizer and a brief conversation, one of the cooks brought out our pizza and warned us that it was very hot! Yup - was straight out of the oven hot! The pizza was as delicious as advertised and you could tell that the toppings are fresh and home made. This is an old school pizzeria so they use mostly Romano cheese which made it even tastier. The homemade sausage chunks were strategically placed so you get a good amount of it on each piece. The only suggestion I have is to have an accessible menu somewhere upfront. Maybe a big board or something for first timers like us who didn't do research in advance.
