While my kids love this pizza and I’d much rather support a local business, I simply can’t continue to patronize a pizza place that is incapable of delivering within 2 hours at 4:45pm on a Friday night. Last time we ordered it ended up being 2.5 hours and the food isn’t worth the wait. I know staffing can be touch but a multi location group like this should be smart enough to have an answer after 2 years of this.

Pizza and breadsticks are average. Seems poorly run. I ordered solely because I was gifted a gift card, total ended up being more than the gift card. Instead of charging my credit card for the difference like I asked, they charged me for …Hi Jackie, would you mind writing us at admin [at] hotlipspizza.com so we can make sure you're looked after? These are really trying times but that's no reason we can't figure out this order situation and get you in for another slice. We'd really appreciate the chance to give you a great experience! My rating would actually be a 4.5. great selection of pizzas. Pretty customizable and staff are very friendly and helpful too.
