I'd give them 0 stars if I could. I am extremely upset with this office. When I was contacted to schedule my initial appointment with PRC associates in Palm Coast I asked the lady in scheduled if they were in network for my insurance, I was told yes. When I arrived for my initial visit, I asked again and again was told yes. I was also RUDELY told during scheduling for my appt. over the phone, "Dr. Sharma will NOT be prescribing you any narcotics, okay?". I never ASKED for pain meds and told the lady as much, she said she just wanted me to be aware. After receiving a bill in the mail for $162.34 after paying the initial $42.27, which I was told was part of my deductible, I figured this had to be a mistake and told the office staff I would contact my insurance to figure out what happened with the billing. Since then, I have been back for 2 additional visits to the tune of $173.28.... I realized something was off when I was told at my first injection that my insurance may not cover sedation and so they would just give me 'anxiety meds' for my procedure. On top of this, after my first procedure, I asked that they please check if my insurance would cover sedation at the surgery center for me to have sedation as these procedures are difficult for me. I also asked that they call in my meds to Walmart. I was told that someone would follow up with me prior to my appointment. After hearing NOTHING from this office, I went to pick up what I thought was my anxiety meds for my procedure the day before only to find out IT HAD NEVER BEEN CALLED IN!!! I called the office, which of course had just closed, went through the emergency after hours line and was told someone would contact me shortly. After two rounds of me following up (after receiving no calls back), I was told by the afterhours staff one of the Drs. told them "This isn't an emergency, it isn't something that can be fixed until the office opens tomorrow at 8AM." My appt. was supposed to be at 8:40AM. I called the office AT 8AM when they opened and explained to the office staff what had happened, they got with (I am assuming Dr. Sharma) and pushed my appt. back to 2PM so that there would be time to fill and pick up my meds. I then got a call just a few minutes later from some lady telling me "We did fax over the request for the meds so we aren't sure why they aren't there. The fax date shows we sent it April 12th....oh.... well I guess we didn't, okay I'll fax it now." After my last injection they never faxed it, or followed up with me about sedation. My first visit went very smoothly, and I liked Dr. Sharma initially. Since this first visit, I've had nothing but issues. Rude staff, extraordinarily little communication, no compassion shown towards me during my procedures (Dr. Sharma scolded me during this past procedure saying that "If you keep moving your just pushing the needle deeper which makes it worse, you need to relax". Easy for her to say, she's not the one in pain with a needle in her back!). After my procedure she handed me some paperwork and briefly explained it to me, I was drugged up and nearly in tears from the pain, I did not really understand what it was for. When we got to the counter, I asked her to please explain it to me again. She looked at me blankly and said "It's pretty self-explanatory but…" and then re explained the document to me. I am so mad at this point I do not even know what else to say. I will NOT be going back to this office. Yes, shame on me for not going to Tricare sooner and verifying myself that they were in-network, however when speaking with billing & scheduling and being told TWICE they were in network I didn't think I had to.

You will be on hold for hours just trying to get a appointment. I’ve been trying for a week.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! CERTAIN PAIN awaits you.. Lying, no moral, money grubbers!!! My mother is sick and hospitalized because of them...and I left when they decided to mass install "pain pumps" in every patient regardless of the situation.. Horrible human beings that are so desensitized to human kindness and have no problem abandoning patients for their own convince. Rude, insensitive, and downright mean staff, who protect a regime of "doctors" that see only the color green in place of the suffering patients. Please don't ever step foot in this office in palm coast Florida. Your well being is NOT a priority. When it happened to me, I stayed silent thinking it was maybe isolated. But seeing it happen to others, especially now my mother!!! I cannot remain silent. I must speak up against these horrible conditions. My mother is a patient for years now. Six brain surgeries in ten years. Her neurology pain center closed and she was forced to go to PRC. At her last visit she was assured by Dr. Sharma and Jen, that her needing to go on an out of state trip for two months for family emergency would not be an issue, simply continue telehealth which she's been doing for more than 6 months due to covid. The day she got to her destination, the secretary called and told her if she doesn't show up in person in a few days for her appointment they cannot help her. A new law passed overnight stopping telehealth visits. Nurse told her "tuff, you don't show up, your on your own, regardless of what Dr. Sharma told you. My mother said she would get sick and possibly die without her meds. The nurse said, " I don't care. Figure it out." Now Out of state, with no meds and no way to see a new doctor since she lives out of state, she is without all of her many medications for " survival". That is inhumane treatment at it's worst. This coming from people who are supposed to be her medical caregivers. People responsible for protecting my mother. The office could have simply worked out anything from a referral for her location or even simply filling her scripts for those 2 months until she gets back. Both within their capabilities. Plus, they won't let her talk to Dr Sharma. She was even told " if we make an exception for you, we have to do it for everyone". Omg!!! Yes, you should for everyone!!! This is how they treat long term patients. "Tuff! What do you want me to do about it"... I am shocked..and angry!! I want to throw up.

It was dr sharma . I posted this for my mom who has had an awesome experience with them because she has good insurance. I saw dr sharma because i hurt my back . all she said was it was sciatica and it took two months for her to get an mri ordered only to find out its actually spinal stenois and bone spurs . I was never given anything for the pain which was at the point i was in tears most of the day . They did an epidural on my lower back and it only made things worse im still numb down the sides of my legs into my toes and its been three almost four months now . I was accused of drug seeking behavior and dropped as a patient on my way home from getting the epidural because i hadnt even pulled into my driveway yet when they called insisting i do three more epidurals all i said was i wanted to wait to see how the first one goes first . They had no sympathy for me at all and said i was too young to have this problem . Mri's dont lie and neither do I . I wish you all the best.

Hi Rosemary, we do not do Cryoneurolysis. If you have already tried and failed nerve blocks for this issue (which we would be happy to provide for you), you could likely look into tertiary care centers for that treatment, such as Mayo Clinic or Shands teaching hospital. Best of luck!
