There are no private homes within the club. There are homes that back up to and border the property. Hope that helps.

Yes, this is the site of the Pelican Women’s Championship in November. There are many wonderful hotels within a few miles of the Club, including The Belleview Inn, Residence Inn by Marriott Clearwater Downtown, and Summerside Inn.
